Had your 15 minutes of fame yet?

Filming the launch of the Lewespound
We’d like to compile a list of transition groups that have interesting projects and would be happy to receive a film/radio crew.

The first few times a film/radio crew descends can be exciting and the output is usually genuinely inspiring. But Totnes is suffering from media fatigue and with so many crews going down to Totnes it feels like another manifestation of the “pilgrimage syndrome” that we’re trying to discourage.

We’d like to compile a list of transition groups that have interesting projects and would be happy to receive a film/radio crew. If you are, please send an email to info@transitionnetwork.org with an entertaining subject line and let us know:

a) what could they film or interview people about

b) who the main contact is

c) any elements of the community/initiative that are particularly unique

We’ll use this list to redirect filmers/interviewers who are looking for inspiration, letting them know that there are brilliant manifestations of transition thinking and doing out there all around the country.
